Chilly Lilly is a girl penguin that appears in the episode "Chilly Lilly". She and Chilly Willy are in love and try to be together, despite the persistence with Smedley that they are not meant for each other. At the end of the episode, Smedley is hauled off by a yeti who was a previous "match" for Chilly Willy and the two penguins are seen hugging each other surrounded by hearts.
